The BHL consortium aims to bring a unique “future city” to Western Sydney, providing vital, new infrastructure for the fast-growing region by maximising the full economic potential of the North South Rail Link and the M12 Motorway, better integrating land use and supporting the Federal Government’s “30 minute city” plan.
The Northern Gateway Masterplan, managed and led by ASX-listed property group Boyuan Holdings Limited (ASX:BHL), includes a Westfield retail and entertainment precinct managed by Scentre Group, an international university and education precinct developed with the assistance of Western Sydney University, a wellness/healthcare centre and a hi-tech logistics hub by LOGOS.
There is strong alignment between the State Government’s Land Use and Infrastructure Implementation Plan (LUIIP) for the Western Sydney Airport (WSA) and the Masterplan for a sustainable, compact and walkable urban environment which emphasises safe and convenient pedestrian access to the proposed North-South Rail Link in addition retaining existing natural landscape features as part of its substantial open space network.
The Northern Gateway Precinct has been identified for use as key employment land, which accommodates our plans for an active and vibrant place for new education, health, retail and entertainment and logistics facilities which is set to create over 57,700 new smart and skilled jobs.
